1. Registration services
Ownership Instead Of Lost
Requirements
- You can apply for this service after 30 days of the announcement of the official gazette (newspaper).
- A copy of the title deed (mulkiya) and the cadastral drawing (kroki), according to which the Kroki is from the June 2016 issue and above in the Muscat housing only (if the kroki is old, he must submit a new cadastral drawing first)
- Copy of valid ID/passport
- loss acknowledgment form
- Fill out the real estate registry form
Fees
- Replacement property for lost (55,500) OMR.
- Inventory of inheritance in the case of ownership, it is resolved to the heirs (35,500)OMR
- Change of ownership (10.500) OMR.
Damaged Replacement
Requirements
- The original damaged property or part of it showing the property data
- Copy of valid ID/passport
- A copy of the area (Kroki)

- 35.500 OMR
Name Correction New Mulkiya
Requirements
- Original mulkiya
- A certificate from the civil status that amending the name and comparing the old civil number and matching it with the new civil number
- A copy of the previous ID/passport (if any)
- A copy of the current valid ID/passport
- Fill out the form

- 25.500 OMR
Decomposition Of Mortgage
Requirements
- The original mulkiya
- A copy of the new Krooki
- A copy of a valid ID/passport
- A copy of the previous ID/passport (if any)
- The origin of the mortgage release from the mortgagee side
- A certificate from the civil status that amending the name and comparing the old civil number with the new civil number
- Fill out the form
Fees
- Release a mortgage with a change of ownership: 35.500 OMR
- Release a mortgage with a change of ownership with an inheritance limitation: 45.500 OMR
- Release of mortgage with correct name: 15:500 OMR
Correction of the name/Replacement of lost Mulkiya.
