Po Boxes Terms & Conditions

The annual fees must be paid upon the new subscription directly and the customer must renew the rent of the post box within a month from the expiry date. In case of delay, a fine of 6 riyals is calculated.
Oman Post reserves the right to stop the service if the subscription is not renewed within two months of its expiry date.

Express Mail Terms & Conditions

A shipment is considered unacceptable if
No customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations.
If it contains prohibited, dangerous or prohibited substances or if it contains any other substance that cannot be transported safely and legally.
If the address is incorrect or not properly marked or its packaging is defective or inadequate to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling.
In the event that the accepted shipment cannot be delivered to the receiver for any reason or is requested to be returned, it will be returned to the source with the sender not bearing any additional charges imposed by the exporter.

Unaddressed Advertising Mail Terms & Conditions

Advertising postal items are accepted without covers and inside open envelopes.
Maximum weight 50 grams per item.
Minimum limit for accepting the service is at least 5000 printed items.

Ensure that you provide the full required detail to prevent returning/ refusing the service.
Make sure to collect the full original documents after completing your service at the post office
No refund applicable if the transaction has been rejected by the ministry.

The department is not responsible for transactions that were not received by their owners within one week from the date of the request
